Woman who murdered her 4-year-old daughter appeals her conviction

Rozleen Razia Khan who killed her 4-year-old daughter in 2018 is appealing her conviction.

Khan appeared before Fiji Court of Appeal Judge Justice Chandana Prematilaka today.

The 35-year-old was given mandatory life imprisonment.

She was charged with one count of murder.

On the 6th May, 2018, Khan tied herself up with her daughter and drove their car off the road into Rewa River.

The case will be called again on 15th September.
