An early morning accident in Kasavu Nausori this morning has claimed the life of a woman.
Police confirmed that the woman was a passenger in a 3 tonne truck which was heading towards Suva with 12 passengers to sell their crops when the driver lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road hitting a lamp post.
Three women are still under observation at the Nausori health center.
The driver is currently being questioned by police.
