The rainy weather will continue until tomorrow.
In an update this morning, the Weather Office says a heavy rain alert remains in force for Eastern and Southern Viti Levu which includes Nausori, Suva, Serua, Namosi and the Eastern and Southern parts of Vanua Levu which includes Nabouwalu and Savusavu.
A Tropical Depression was also analysed near Kadavu earlier this morning and it is expected to gradually move towards the Lau and Lomaiviti Group.
This will affect parts of the country till later tomorrow.
Localised heavy rain may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas.
