 We will not be discouraged by comments from people asking where is the change that was promised - PM

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka says he is aware that everyday people are asking on Facebook and social media where is the change the Coalition government had promised, but they will not be discouraged to continue to bringing in the improvements and changes.

While speaking to the Fijian community in Sydney, Australia, Rabuka says they have been focusing on moving Fiji forward and manifesting the change they came to preach about during the time they came and campaigned.

The Prime Minister says he spoke to a group of industry captains in Suva and promised them that Fiji has a change in Government, and the change is heavily witnessed in our society.

He says for some, the change has been having a new road in their community, the returning of Fiji Airways flight attendants or the forgiving of TELS debt for thousands of students.

He adds they understand that some have said that there hasn’t been any change, but they will not be discouraged, and they will continue to bring in those improvements and changes not only in the way they do things but also in the results they achieve.
