The World series has been revamped which we are looking forward to and in July next year the Olympics, where we want to be going for a third Gold.

National Men’s Fiji Airways 7s coach, Ben Gollings stated this when reminded that he has big shoes to fill as his predecessors both returned with Olympic Gold and what are his plans on achieving that.

Gollings says the Gold is the goal, and that has always been the case and that is what they are setting up for now and building towards.

When fijivillage News asked if Jerry Tuwai will be coming back into the team, Gollings says Tuwai has been away for a bit and is in the US at the moment.

Gollings says Tuwai has been an integral part of this team for many years and they will talk to him later this week.

The National 7s coach says they are doing something different this time around with the players making their way to training each day instead of them camped out in a hotel.

He says it is going to be a step up in the level of responsibility, but he thinks it is going to be a good change for all of them.

Gollings says he believes it will give them more consistency with their training.
