We are talking to school managements to make sure that an enabling environment is created before students sit for their exams – FRIEND Fiji

FRIEND Fiji Founder and CEO Sashi Kiran says they are talking to some school managements in trying to make sure that an enabling environment is created before students sit for their exams and they are also talking to various partners to make sure that resources are available for these children.

Kiran says they have found that a lot of children that have been home are very stressed with minimum resources.

She says students remain unprepared for exams and this has led to exam anxiety.

Kiran says they have also seen that a lot of parents are worried about sending their children to school as they cannot provide them with food.

She is encouraging parents who are facing this issue to just send their children to school as they are working with school managements on this issue.
