We have an exciting schedule of movies for people – Riddhi Damodar
Village 6, Suva.

As Damodar Cinemas is gearing up to reopen from Monday, Spokesperson Riddhi Damodar says they have an exciting schedule of movies for people.

The cinemas have been closed since the second wave of COVID started in April.

Damodar says opening cinemas during COVID is a challenge and the Health Ministry has placed important protocols in place to ensure people’s safety.

She says they will be allowing only fully vaccinated people, children accompanied by fully vaccinated adults, mask wearing will be required and temperature checks.

Damodar adds one of the most anticipated movies is the new James Bond movie, No Time To Die which is set to start from Thursday.

She further says that the cinema experience is very different from streaming services.

People will be able to see movies such as No Time To Die, Venom, Fast 9 and Free Guy in October.
