Fiji Bati star, Waqa Blake will be playing his 100th NRL match when he takes the field for the Paramatta Eels tonight.

Blake began his NRL career in 2015 with the Penrith Panthers and changed allegiance in 2019 after being ruled out of the competition with a knee injury and on the 26th of June that same year, he was released from the Panthers and took up a four-and-a-half-year deal with the Eels.

Blake says he is sitting at 99 at the moment and can not wait for the season to resume tonight.

The 25-year-old says he has only one rival in the game which is his Fijian team-mate, Maika Sivo.

The Eels will face the Brisbane Broncos at 9.50 tonight.
