Wallabies aiming to bounce back against New Zealand in front of sold out Perth crowd

Wallabies aiming to bounce back against New Zealand in front of sold out Perth crowd

Wallabies hooker Billy Pollard says they know they must be at their very best if they are to beat New Zealand in their Test match this Saturday in Perth.

Pollard says the atmosphere is already building with Optus Stadium sold out for the past two weeks, and the players are feeling the support from fans.

Despite a nine point loss to the All Blacks at Eden Park last week, Pollard says the Wallabies’ momentum from recent wins over the Springboks, Pumas and Lions has carried over into their first home Test of the year.

He says the team is eager to deliver for the sold out crowd and views the rematch as a chance to bounce back from the disappointment in Auckland.

Pollard says the players were down, but the beauty of rugby is you get another chance this weekend.

The Wallabies will face New Zealand at 9.35pm this Saturday in Perth.
