Vuidreketi was crowned Queen while Binatake crowned King at Digicel Northern Crime Prevention Carnival

18-year-old student Miss Hari's Fair Price Supermarket Lavenia Venessa Vuidreketi was crowned 2023 Digicel Northern Crime Prevention Carnival Queen while Mr. DriveSmart Eria Binatake was crowned the King.

Vuidreketi who attends Shri Guru Nanak Khalsa College dedicated the win to her mother and her family who supported her throughout the carnival.

She says she was so proud and happy after she was crowned Miss Digicel Duavata Crime Prevention Queen.

Vuidreketi is urging all the contestants that they should all advocate the message to their families and communities to reduce the crime rate in Northern Division.

The carnival managed to raise $108,180.
