Four villagers of Saunaka, Nadi have been recognized for their efforts which led to the arrest of two people alleged to have been involved in a robbery more than a week ago.
Acting Commissioner of Police, Ravi Narayan said Joeli Lotawa, Jona Sovau, Jona Toga and Ilaitia Niusama assisted police in the arrest of two people alleged to have been involved in a robbery at Daily Shop in Martintar Nadi.
It is alleged these two assaulted the owner and his security guard and robbed them of cash and assorted items worth $10,000.
