After 20 years, 51-year-old Binnu Singh will make a return to the ring with the BlueWater Boxing Promotions and will take on overseas-based boxer Sudesh Sharma in the veteran division.

BlueWater Boxing promoter Samir Khan says the preparation for the event is going well, and the officials are also ready for the event.

He says the main bout will be a Cruiserweight title fight between Joseph Kwadjo and Alivereti Kauyaca, while the main supporting bout is between Ubayd Haider and Mohammed Ali.

He further says there will be a total of 10 fights, where three boxers are from overseas.

Khan urges boxing fans to come and support the boxers while two veterans return to the ring after so long.

The son of Binnu Singh, Junior Binnu Singh, will take on New Zealand-based Zain Adams.

The fight will be held on the 2nd of March at FMF Gymnasium in Suva.
