Former Fiji men's national 7s team forward and Olympic gold medalist Jasa Veremalua has not ruled out trying to make a return to the national side.

He says he will make a return if it is God's will and if he still has the physical and mental strength.

Veremalua is now 33 years old.

He is assisting the ELJ Western Marine team playing in the Under 21 competition of the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s.

The men’s competition will start tomorrow.

The men’s quarter-finals will begin at 2.50pm Saturday, the semi-finals will start at 5.30pm Saturday and the final will be at 7.30pm Saturday.
