Vakarisi back in police custody for allegedly breaching bail condition

Suva man, Jone Vakarisi is back in police custody for allegedly breaching his bail condition.

In this case, he is charged for one count of criminal intimidation for allegedly threatening a Public Rental Board staff.

According to his bail conditions, Vakarisi had to report to the Nabua Police Station but he failed to do so

Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro confirms Vakarisi is at Nabua Police Station.

Meanwhile Vakarisi is also charged with the abduction of a person under 18-years with intent to have carnal knowledge.

The girl is 17-years-old.

Vakarisi allegedly committed the offence between 12th to 20th August.
