United beat Burnley to go top of the Premier League

Manchester United has moved to the top of the Premier League points table after beating Burnley 1-0 this morning.

French midfielder Paul Pogba scored the only goal in the second half with a well taken volley which deflected off a Burnley defender.

United is now on 36 points while defending champions Liverpool is second with 33 points.

In another match, Everton beat Wolves 2-1.
