Two men each charged with one count of murder have made bail applications.
It is alleged that William Peter Pickering and Kiriata Nangintabuariki murdered a 30‑year‑old man in Vuninokonoko, Navua in September this year.
The alleged incident happened during a drinking party.
State has advised the court that they need more time to respond to Pickering's application.
The case has been adjourned to the 1st of next month.
