Acting Commissioner of Police, Rusiate Tudravu has acknowledged the assistance provided by villagers of Nasautoka in Nabouva in Tailevu and nearby settlements towards the recovery of the body of a 30 year old man who went missing in the Nabouva waters on Tuesday.
Tudravu also advised the villagers the need to adhere to advisories and warnings given by relevant authorities in times of disasters and reminded them that they are still in the cyclone season.
He has also commended the efforts of the Police Special Response Unit.
