The Covata Housing Subdivision in Labasa will soon be developed with a total of 110 residential lots.
Housing Authority of Fiji has confirmed that this is one of their major projects this year.
According to Housing Authority all lots will be fully serviced with piped water, sewerage, electricity and tar sealed road with footpath.
The size of the residential lots range from 270sq metres to 600sq metres.
The Authority has already called expression of interest for people who are willing to purchase a residential lot however the price will be determined once the development work is completed.
Housing Authority says the Subdivision will also include commercial lots however, there is no time frame as to when the development works will begin.
