Three Suva Rugby Union players have earned contracts to play for the Tel Aviv Rugby Club in the Rugby Europe Super Cup Eastern Conference competition.

They are outside back Misaele Petero, prop Ana-na-ia Rabonu and lock Sailasa Turaga-luvu.

The three players were part of the Suva Rugby Union side that won the Skipper Competition for two years in a row.

Sevens legend, Waisale Serevi, recognized Petero as a standout player and selected him to join his invitational team which played in a high profile sevens tournament in Fiji.

The three players will be playing alongside former 7s rep Jasa Veremalua and brothers Nemani Builruarua and Azaraih Israeli Immanueli.

The Tel Aviv Heat is the first professional Israeli rugby union team.
