Thousands of people living in parts of Suva and Nasinu are facing low pressure to no water again today.

This is because the water level at the Flagstaff Reservoir is reaching critical level while one of the pumps at the Kalabu Reservoir has been switched off due to low pressure.

The Water Authority of Fiji confirms there are currently no pumps running at the Kalabu Pumping Station.

WAF is asking customers in affected areas to store water for at least two to three days.

Affected areas in Nasinu are Valelevu, Caqiri, Nawanawa, Koka, Kinoya Road, Vasant Lal, Vesivesi and Yasiyasi.

Ratu Sukuna Road, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Muanikau Road, Laucala Bay Road, McGregor Road, Domain Road, Victoria Parade from Sukuna Park to Nasese, Amy Street, Johnson Street, Spring Street, High Street, Stewart Street and Brown Street are the affected areas in Suva.

Call 5777 if you need a water carting truck to come to your area.
