Thousands of people were affected this morning due to a fallen tree on Edinburgh Drive which had blocked access.
The Fiji Roads Authority have confirmed that the lane coming towards Suva is now open but the other two lanes are still closed.
They say their contractor are continuing to clear the other two lanes.
According to Police, the incident occurred around 4am.
