Team Fiji Chef De Mission to the Tokyo Olympics, Patrick Bower says the road looks great for the Fijiana 7s team.

He says they are looking at the team as a medal prospect.

Speaking from Japan, Bower says they are hoping the team will put the right steps forward and move in the direction that they know will give them a comfortable win.

He says due to the regulations in place in the Olympic Games Village, only the senior management team will be at the venues for today’s event.

The Fijiana 7s team will face New Zealand at 2 o'clock this afternoon in the first semifinal followed by the clash between France and Great Britain at 2.30 this afternoon.

The losers from the semifinals will face-off in the bronze medal match at 8.30 tonight.

The gold medal match is at 9 tonight.
