Team Fiji showcasing incredible effort and determination at Junior World Aquatics Championships

After two days of competition at the Junior World Aquatics Championships, in Otopeni, Romania, Team Manager and Coach, Cheyenne Rova says the team showcased incredible effort and determination.

Rova says each swimmer demonstrated significant growth in their individual events and relay legs, mastering essential skills like time management and race preparation.

She says their commitment to improvement, readiness to accept feedback, and focused preparation reflect a positive mindset and resilience.

Today, they will be cheering on Thaddeus Kwong in the 50 metres Backstroke, Reuben Taylor in the 50 metres Freestyle, and the entire team in the Mixed 4x100 metres Freestyle Relay.

Rova says excitement is building for more strong performances ahead as she is excited to see them, growing, racing and giving their best.
