The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team have beaten Great Britain 19-14 in extra time.

Fiji’s first try was scored by Waisea Nacuqu, followed by Vuiviawa Naduvalo in the 9th minute of play.

The match was extremely competitive with both teams locked at 7-all at half time and again at 14-all in the second half.

Making his return to 7s rugby, Terio Tamani scored the winning try in extra time.

He dived close to the dead ball line in the cliffhanger semi final.

The TMO showed it was within the play area and the try was awarded.

Fiji will now face New Zealand in the cup final at 12:15am.
