Tabuakula given suspended sentence for aggravated burglary

A man who pleaded guilty to breaking into a house in Suva in January this year and stole 1, 600 dollars cash and other assorted items has been given a suspended sentence by High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar.

Taniela Tabuakula who is convicted of aggravated burglary has been sentenced to 2 years imprisonment which has been suspended for five years.

This means Tabuakula could serve his sentence if commits an offence during the suspended period.
