The iTaukei Land Trust Board says there have been a number of attempts by individuals to sell iTaukei land.
It says a group of individuals have been allegedly facilitating the issuance of iTaukei land leases under the cover of TLTB documentation.
TLTB says all dealings and documentation regarding itaukei land without being processed by TLTB is unlawful and will not be condoned.
The matter involving these five people has been referred to FICAC.
