Suva, Ba, Nadi and Rewa through to BOG semifinals

The Flow Valves/Island Accommodation Suva soccer team are through to the 2020 Punjas Battle of the Giants tournament semi-finals after defeating Priceline Pharmacy Ba 1-0 in their final pool match.

Sairusi Nalaubu scored the lone goal in the match.

Nalaubu says he is proud to score against soccer giants Ba.

Suva coach Maxwell Thaggard says football is about taking risks.

Ba coach Ronil Kumar says they felt the absence of 4 key players.

Meanwhile Nadi is currently leading Lautoka 1-0.

In the matches earlier today, Nasinu and Labasa match ended in a 1-1 draw while Delta One Automotive Repairs Rewa beat Koromakawa Rental & Tours Navua 3-0.

The BOG semifinals will take place this Saturday at 2pm and 4pm at Churchill Park while the final will be held at 2.30pm on Sunday .
