Suva Grammar School and Ratu Latianara College leading the Suva Zone 2 medal tally

Suva Grammar School and Ratu Latianara College are currently leading the medal tally of the Coca Cola Suva Zone 2 athletics meet after the completion of the 3,000 metres final at the Grammar grounds this afternoon.

Jope Rotabuwere of Grammar won gold in the boys 3,000 metres with a time of 10 minutes and 44 seconds while Tevita Dave of Marist Brothers High School and Mikaele Qiolevu of Grammmar won silver and bronze respectively.

In the girls 3,000 metres, Ratu Latianara College won gold and silver with Joana Ratuva coming first with a time of 13 minutes and 18 seconds while Miriama Saudromu came second and Saurara Tadulala of Grammar took the bronze.

Suva Zone 2 will resume at the ANZ Stadium on Wednesday.
