A song by Sumeet Tappoo and others dedicated to Lord Shiva for Maha Shivaratri, Shivoham, has surpassed 2.2 million views on Youtube in less than 7 days.

Tappoo says views on other digital platforms have surpassed many more millions.

Tappoo says he began the project with Prithvi Gandharv and Meenal Jain with no expectations, just a pure desire to create divine music and they are happy and feel blessed the song has been well accepted all over the world.

He says from a simple music jam one evening, the song has catapulted into a massive musical track featuring phenomenal musicians and artists and a music video, which was produced in the Himalayas.

Tappoo also says they shot the song finale up in the Himalayan Mountains at an altitude of 11,000 feet, in extremely cold temperatures.

He adds it was an incredible experience.

Tappoo further says the love they have received from Shivoham has given them the motivation to continue to produce good music to the best of their abilities.
