A charitable organization based in the West has already assisted 31 families with food packs within the Nadi and Lautoka containment zone.

The President of the Striver’s Club Prathika Gounder says they have been receiving calls and messages from families who require assistance.

Gounder says they have the funds and are in the process of organizing the purchasing and delivery of more food packs for the Nadi and Lautoka containment zones.

She further says from May to December last year they assisted around 700 families in Nadi and Lautoka with food packs and other essential items.

Gounder adds they have a very stringent screening process to ensure the right people get the assistance.

If you want to help the Striver’s Club you can call them on 9934220.
