Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says the strategic decision by the government of providing free education is today playing its part.

While opening the new Centrecom office in Nadi, Sayed-Khaiyum says the decision was made to ensure they give access to education to all Fijian children.

He says because of this, there are more females in schools and universities than ever before.

Sayed-Khaiyum adds they need to ensure that companies that come to Fiji also know they can rely on a workforce that is not just only about the Bula smile but also the intellectual input they require.

He further says Centrecom is looking at setting up offices throughout Fiji including in Vanua Levu.
