A state of natural disaster has been declared for the Northern and Western division.
DISMAC Director, Manasa Tagicakibau said the state of natural disaster will be effective from today.
It will be in effect for 15 days.
Tagicakibau said this is to allow authorities and stakeholders to speed up rehabilitation works after the devastation caused by Tropical Cyclone Evan.
