Ba and Lautoka special administrator, Pravin Bala who allegedly hit a man while driving in Teidamu, Lautoka last Thursday has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death.
Pravin Bala appeared before Magistrate Peni Dalituicama today.
He has been released on bail on the sum of $1500.
The case will be called again on 3rd December.
A 48-year-old man was crossing the road when he was allegedly hit by Bala.
He was taken to hospital but died three hours later.
