Speaker disallows Tabuya to discuss WAF issue after point of order from Usamate

Speaker of Parliament, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau did not allow  SODELPA MP, Lynda Tabuya to bring up issues in parliament regarding the former Water Authority of Fiji workers and union officials that were detained.

This was after the Minister for Infrastructure, Jone Usamate raised a point of order saying that the matter was before the Arbitration Court.

Tabuya says the matter was not before the courts.

Ratu Epeli Nailatikau then delivered the ruling that Tabuya will not be allowed to speak on the issue.
