Divisional Police Commander South SSP Wate Vocevoce confirms the Southern Division taskforce team has been directed to look into a daylight robbery along Kaunitoni Street in Vatuwaqa.
Some residents took a video of a youth getting assaulted and dragged near a drain by two youths.
The victim is also heard shouting about his wallet.
Many people are calling for urgent Police action as the faces of the robbers are clearly visible in the video.
