Gaming giant Sony is giving away four free games to PlayStation 4 users as part of an initiative to keep people indoors.

Journey and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be redeemable for all PlayStation 4 owners on the PlayStation Store through to May 5th.

All users - not only those with a PlayStation Plus subscription - are able to download the free games.

Indie game Journey received rave reviews when it was first released in 2012.

So all up, users are receiving four games for free to pass the time while many are stuck inside.

To download them, users should go to the PlayStation Store on their console and select the “Add to Library” option.

They can then download them whenever it’s convenient.
