Being part of the Suva Flea Market Bazaar today has helped Nileshni Lata Singh earn extra income to support her family.

Singh who lives in Koronivia in Nausori says this is her first time taking part in this bazaar and it has been very busy.

She says she took part because she wanted to use her Saturdays to earn income on the side to support her family.

The Koronivia resident says this is a great initiative by the management of the Suva Flea Market as it gives more opportunities for people.

The Suva Flea Market Bazaar will be held on the last Saturday of every month.

$35 per day is the cost of a space for selling clothes and jewellery and $55 per day is the price of a food stall.

You can apply at the Suva Flea Market bookshop.
