People will have something different to experience and learn during the Navtarang/Radio Sargam Diwali Show today as Shri Satsang Ramayan Mandali from Lami will be performing Ram Leela that showcases how Lord Rama conquers good over evil.

Mandali President Akhilesh Prasad says after a successful Ram Leela show in Navua earlier this year, the Manadali is looking forward to performing their act during the Diwali Show as this is something very significant to the theme.

He says people will also get a chance to learn lessons from the drama and apply it to their lives.

Prasad says Ram Leela was inherited from our ancestors which the Girmitiyas used to perform as their main form of entertainment.

Dance groups like Yuva, Dhoom Dhamaka, Vou, Shobna Chanel and Navatrang/ Radio Sargam personalities will also be performing at the show.

You will also get a chance to meet your favourite radio personalities.

The Navtarang/Radio Sargam Diwali show will be held at Rups Mega Complex Nakasi and starts at 5pm today.
