Shortland Street stars Ben Mitchell and Frankie Adams are already looking forward to the 2014 Film Fiji Kula Awards.
The two who are in the country have been anticipating the two day event which kicks off today.
Ben Mitchell who plays TK Samuels said the Kula Awards is an opportunity for students who want to be actors or actresses to showcase their talents.
Mitchell said anyone can act but it is about taking opportunities.
Frankie Adams who plays Ula Levi said she cannot wait for the Kula Awards.
There are 19 schools taking part in this year’s competition where they make a five minute film on one of the themes given.
Film Fiji Kula Awards will take place today and tomorrow.
