Several roads in the northern division are closed to traffic due to flooding.

The Fiji Roads Authority is urging every Fijian to exercise extreme caution when travelling on all roads in the north as there may be washouts and debris on the road.

Roads that are currently closed are Boubale Crossing, Qawa Rd in Labasa, Konasami Low-Level Crossing at Dreketilailai Rd in Labasa, Zailav Low-Level Crossing, and Zailav Rd in Seaqaqa.

Meanwhile, roads that are still open to traffic are the Nakorotari Crossing in Labasa.

Roads that are only open to 4x4 vehicles are the Narailagi Low-Level Crossing Narailagi Rd in Seaqaqa and Wailevu Tiri Rd in Labasa.

FRA urges drivers to steer clear of these areas and consider alternative routes.
