Only hours remain for the Vodafone Fiji 7s players to find out whether they will create history by making the first ever Fiji team to play in the first ever Olympics 7s competition next month.

Coach Ben Ryan will have one on one sessions with the players tonight.

Prime Minister and President of the Fiji Rugby Union, Voreqe Bainimarama will announce the 13 member team at 7pm tomorrow at GPH.

12 players will be in the Olympic Games village while one will be on stand by as injury cover.

Meanwhile Osea Kolinisau says he is feeling the pressure to make it into the Fiji team.

He says the battle is still on for the 12 spots in the team.

Kolinisau says Ben Ryan has taken them through some of the toughest sessions ever.

Jasa Veremalua who has been outstanding in the World 7s Series, says he can’t wait for the announcement.

Leone Nakarawa says he is really excited as he loves to play 7s.

Fiji will take on Brazil in their first Rio Olympics pool game at 4.30am on August 10th, they will then face Argentina at 9.30am before taking on USA at 4.30am on August 11th.
