Sevanaia Baleinadi who is charged with 3 counts of rape, 2 counts of sexual assault, and one count each of assault causing actual bodily harm, robbery, damaging property and criminal intimidation has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
He appeared before High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar today.
The man allegedly did the offences on the 17th of January this year in Tamavua.
He is alleged to have raped , sexually assaulted, robbed, criminally intimidated and damaged the property of a 57-year-old woman.
The man has been remanded in custody and the case has been adjourned to the 1st of May.
