The prosecution and defence lawyers will be making their sentencing submissions today in the case of a man who has been found guilty of raping his nephew.
Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza has convicted the man of all three rape charges against him.
The man raped his 10-year-old nephew in Colo-i-Suva in 2014.
