The sentencing hearing for the indecent assault case of a former senior executive of a publicly listed company will be held on Wednesday.

He was found guilty of committing the offence in his office in May 2019.

The man had asked the victim personal questions, hugged her, rubbed her back and sniffed her.

The Prosecution has been given until close of business today to provide and serve the victim impact statement.

Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili has told defence lawyer Hemendra Nagin that they will have the opportunity to challenge the sentencing submissions by the prosecution.
