The sentence hearing in the case of a man who raped and sexually assaulted his 19-year-old niece will be done on the 27th of January next year.
The 58-year-old man is charged with one count of rape and two counts of sexual assault and the incidents happened in 2017 in Raiwai.
High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza concurred with the unanimous decision of the three assessors who had also found the man guilty of all charges.
