The sentence hearing for Rozleen Razia Khan who killed her daughter last year will be held before Suva High Court Judge, Justice Vinsent Perera today.
Khan tied herself up with her 4 year old daughter and drove their car off the road into the Rewa River on the 6th of May last year.
Justice Perera found her guilty for one count of murder on Tuesday, agreeing with the unanimous guilty opinion of the assessors.
In his judgment, Justice Perera said he was not convinced that Khan suffered from what the defence said was an abnormality of the mind.
The sentence hearing is at 12pm today.
