A number of players in the Fiji Airways men’s national 7s extended training squad are already being identified to replace top try scorer Aminiasi Tuimaba on the wing.
Tuimaba left in July to play in France in the Top 14 competition.
He signed for the 2020/2021 season with French club, Pau.
Coach Gareth Baber says there is obviously Alasio Naduva and also Jiuta Wainiqolo who has been impressive for the Fijian Latui and Fijian Drua.
Tuimaba has already indicated that he intends to play in the Olympic Games.
