The National Fijiana 7s team is having their scrimmage training session with the Uluinakau Rugby team to accelerate their speed and work out their fitness while on the field.
Fijiana 7s coach, Saiasi Fuli says the girls training with the Uluinakau team and other local sevens teams contributes a lot to the development of their skills and also their mentality thinking.
Fuli says the girls are now ready for the HSBC Singapore 7s with the tough pool against Australia, Brazil and Great Britain. The team will be leaving our shores on Saturday.
