The Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has stressed that we must put a stop to the scandalous incidence of rape, child abuse and domestic violence in Fiji.

While speaking at the Graduation Ceremony at Kiuva, Bau, of Sustainable Livelihood Program Bainimarama said this commitment has to begin with each and everyone of us.

He said everyone wants a caring nation as much as a more successful nation.

He is urging men to respect and care for their women and everyone to love and care for our children.

Meanwhile, the government has just set up a Domestic Violence Helpline to help women report cases of abuse and domestic violence.
