Former Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum believes that making the Commission of Inquiry report public will end all the talk.
He says releasing the report will help dispel some of the rumours surrounding the alleged implication of nine individuals.
Sayed-Khaiyum says taxpayers have a right to transparency and accountability when public funds are used for such inquiries.
